Our new national team coach seems to be trying to use two completely unqualified players who only around 60,000 to 70,000 salary, which are his own players.
Do we need to vote on the national team page, or can we directly contact the GM to request a dismissal?

You should raise this topic on the forums of Your own country and call for people to vote on the NT page. In Poland, we got our U21 coach dismissed thanks to people pointing it out in the forums after he forgot to set lineup for a game, resulting in a forfeit + people were unhappy with his style of management.
His approval must be under 25% and at least 10% of all users in the country have to vote against him.
