Season 65 is over and it wasn't an easy one for Japan NT, a difficult Asian championship and a limited roster.

There were Some good performances, a good win over Australia and another one against South Korea, which we'll be seeing again very soon.
But there were Big slaps in the face too, first against China, -43 and -40, and afters these two, against Hong Kong ,WR #1, -40.

However, a ray of hope lit up the eastern sky at the end of season 65, as Lebanon became Asian champions despite opposition from Hong Kong and China - a real achievement!

A small nation with 3 small active teams, Lebanon had managed to win the HCA for the Asian Championship in the consolation tournament of season 64, then went on to take advantage of this home advantage to defeat all (almost) of their opponents.

And to kick off this new season, the 66th, I'd like first of all to congratulate Lebanon, who made us dream last week and made us believe that anything is possible, even the greatest feats.

Come on Japan, Believe in your lucky star too.

Official announcement: It's official, Man-Jimaru is joining the Japan NT staff.

Last week he told me of his intention to get involved in the training of Japanese players and that he had entered the election for the position of U21 Manager without much hope.

As Yellow Cake logically won the election, I just as logically offered Man-Jimaru a position as NT assistant manager alongside me, because I couldn't pass up on someone who was ready to commit himself to the Japanese national teams.
As well as training youngsters for the U21s, he will be working with the NTs on all kinds of missions, including observations, monitoring potential, strategic discussions and so on.

Congratulations to Yellow Cake on his re-election as head of the U21s and welcome to Man-Jimaru.

Man-Jimaru, when you finish the two seasons under Fulek, I will step down and vote for you to be the U-21 manager. I will also send you U-21 players who I think have a shot at making the NT one day, and you can contact the manager of that player and make him a training plan. Welcome aboard!!

Big win against South Korea in the first game of consolation Tournement, It was important to begin with this one against Asian opponent.

Next monday, it will be a difficult one another time, Ireland, 62nd at WR, but it isn’t the place that they desserve, they should be at better position.

Come on Japan

The U-21 team beat Korea too. I thought it was strange that we both started with Korea.
