Can anybody clarify for (remind) me that if you hire a trainer internally, let's say a level 5 trainer with a set salary of $25k which you pay $600k for, does that salary increase weekly like all staff salaries, or is that $25k salary locked at that?

Thanks in advance.

Does it have any sense to hire a trainer internally?

Probably only when you quickly want a PR Manager with a nice specialty for some important play-off games. Other than that it just seems too expensive.
