I have read a lot of different ways of counting until now:

So, for 1 last time, can somebody explain me what 'values' a player need for a certain position?

Please give these quatations to me, as close to reality please..., because until now i heard like 50 different opinions!?!?

That's what it is all about. No one knows one hundred per cent. It is all part of playing the game. If you are not willing to learn from experience and will only do what the rules say I don't think you will have much fun playing.

The different criterias for players also depends on which system you prefer to play in the different games.

As a small guideline, the upper half of the skills would be for outside players and the bottom half for inside players. Small forwards that play both outside and inside might need good skills all over.

Skills for Each Position

Training in BB is designed to allow managers to create unique players. No skill is completely useless for any position! Here's a rough idea of skills needed for each position:

Point Guard
(1) Handling, Passing
(2) Outside Defense, Driving
(3) Jump Shot, Jump Range, Inside Shot

Shooting Guard
(1) Jump Shot, Jump Range
(2) Handling, Passing,
(3) Driving, Outside Defense, Inside Shot

Small Forward
(1) Jump Shot, Jump Range, Outside Defense
(2) Handling, Passing, Driving
(3) Inside Shot, Inside Defense
(4) Rebounding

Power Forward
(1) Inside Shot, Inside Defense
(2) Rebounds, Blocks
(3) Driving, Passing
(4) Jump Shot, Handling

Center
(1) Inside Shot, Inside Defense, Rebounds
(2) Blocks
(3) Handling, Passing
