There was marked that Staff update in my country is at 11 AM. Nothing changed as far as I can see.

I remember that new staff will be available around with economy update on Monday?

Why is then staff update shown in Nesxt event in your country on Friday at 11 AM?

This particular staff update concerns staff skill drops. The available staff for hire changes Sunday/Monday, AFAIK.
