Yia Sas
I am the former coach of Nigeria U21. I managed to take that program from dead last to a top 35 team. It took a few years, and I learned quite a bit during that run. I have been waiting patiently for a good situation, as I am not a merc-style manager. I don't bounce around desperately to any random job. I like sticking with a program and helping it grow.
I would like to manage your U21 team and earn your trust over the next two seasons, and hopefully parlay that into two more seasons. My early goals are as follows:
1. Get comms up and running with managers training Cyprus U21 players. Find out their plan. Ask if they are willing to take advice. Work with them individually on plans and goals. Most of this through DMs on BB.
2. Take a look at maybe doing new artwork for the U21 team. I have done art for probably 30 managers or so and a few NTs. Check out the Hrvatska U21 home page for an example.
3. Get a weekly or bi-weekly update going for all Cypriot managers delivered to their inbox, or just as a team announcement on the landing page.
4. Try to win as many games as possible by using what I know about the GE and tactics. To be direct and honest, I like to experiment in games where I am a big underdog. You may see a "strange" lineup here and there, if I am elected.
I appreciate your consideration.
