there is so (to) many factors in training...
age, height, trainerlevel, played minutes (you never able to train perfect), how many positions you train, skillcombinations to match multiskills, and now even the potential, which makes it even worse you dont (i?) even know how far you can train your players and this might brings a big disadvantage of course you could have reached the maximum already and dont realize it for many weeks, which makes your training worthless...
what do you thing is the training system to complicated or is it just to soon within the game the we have to find out how everything works first?

well to me almost all seems to be clear, I said almost :-)
could someone possibly explain me the thing connected with height, will a player 6'10 tall be a good candidate for a PG/SG will his height affect on the number of training pops?

Its quiet simple, you train guys with a high potential. I just train more than one skill which makes it more easy because that way they wont get to their maximum. Im just wondering if its more profitable to train 4 guys via C/PF or 2 guys via C wich are way better (and faster).

well i think 80%+ train multiskill, but that does not show the max.

You will see the max once you reach it, training goes slower, it never stops. So you can train him and once he goes really slow you can train another skill.

the thing is i want to develop my team, so i want to train as fast as possible, i dont want to loose training time by something i dont know about.
also i thought the potential is working together with the salary so changing the train wont help much (i do it anyway since the beginning coz multiskillers) coz he maybe reached the limit. also i dont know how much is this penalty, the same as the height and the age and the trainer-differences... some hints could be useful, coz i think its a very complex formula.

Just keep in mind that everyone wants to train as fast as possible and everyone is operating under the same limitations.

The more options there are and the more estimation involved the better the game is because is all of the information is automatically available then everyone would run their team perfectly. What kind of competition is that? For every San Antonio Spurs there needs to be a New York Knicks.

ok thats true somehow, but still i think its to complicated...
even if you would knew the formula or parts of it, you still have enough options such as positions or how many players you train to get enough differences, so there would be no masterplan.

It isnt too complicated. The potential feature is a realistic thing.

There are much options but to me everything is clear. I train players with high potential (higher than All-Star) and on one or two positions (C/PF inside scoring mostly centers). I give my players 48 minutes a week. This is the best possible way I can train in my opinion. Everyone can find such a way formula or no formula. Just simple things :

- High potential
- Young players (18,19)
- 48 minutes
- 1 position
- Best trainer you can get

This way you dont need a formula. This is just my opinion.

so what is with 20y old and maybe a bit to small for insideskills, you wont always find mvp`trainees which have perfect skillcombinations, and whats the difference between a lvl 5 or a lvl 10 trainer? still to many questions to me...
