When you train the entire team (i.e. Game Shape, Stamina, or Free Throws) do you still need players to play 48 minutes to get the maximum effect from the training?

Thanks.

I don't think so. Although, if you train Game Shape and a player doesn't play very much, then his GS is pushed up by the training and is pulled down by his lack of playing time -- it might not have the desired effect.

indeed, and also with stamina, where I believe that players who play less than 24 minutes get a bigger drop in stamina than players who played more minutes, the resteffect from training will be smaaler if the player didn't play.
(or am I wrong here? It used to be that way, not sure if this is still the case)

Anyway, for freetrows is it absolute sure that it does not matter. Maximum training all the time, for all players.

I think the system has now changed. (Allstar in season 3 possibly) Now minutes dont effect stamina drop. It is a set decline on all players (although this depends on skill supposebly, where the higher stamina players will drop faster).
