again no trainer lvl 10... this is messed up!!!!!! come on why cant the bb's just put a lvl 10 trainer in the market already?????

Why are you complaining, this counts for every manager... No-one is getting a step ahead of you by this. Plus it seems logic that top trainers are rare.

Whats with this senseless swearing??? Are the Mods going to start banning these people soon cause i believe this is a all ages game is it not? I get banned for 3 days for posting in the wrong thread, and people get away with constant swearing?

Please do not be upset. It is so easy to swear in foreign languages, so calm down every one and be understandable. Try some all-out efforts in Norwegian: Say "faen" or "dæven" and think it is a juicy expression. It is not!
But still they are used in magazines and papers. And our King's son-in-law wrote a book with the title: "Trist som faen". There are different cultures on using swearwords. And what they do in Israel can be both so and so ... we and our King's son-in-law!

As my record , at least 11 weeks , no level 10 trainer......

In last 11 weeks , 2 level 10 PR-Manager and 1 level 10 Doctor

i think the reason of that is . . . . .

lets ask the bb's instead, because i felt the one screening the coaches for us really sucks, we should call for a bb coach association and file a complain and get an injuction for this matter.

because really we are wasting our players youth as we know they only are young at a certain time and training is getting hard as it goes on!

i mean best time to train is 18 to 20 years old, but the draft this year for me isnt a strong draft and the fa pool already you can feel the lack of potential players compare to the past seasons. ( ok maybe its the price that matters ) so we got ourselves only to work on 19 to 20 and even 21 years old but you cant completely train him throughout the season entirely ( unless you got really well trained on other positions ). so again its a double whammy!

imagine your getting less results when you in fact can get more and you want get more. in real life we can fire the bloody bastard and hire someone but in bb world 11 weeks is already a part of lifetime since it affects training in a way.

maybe im saying it in a exaggerated way but its my sentiments!
