Do we know what the best bleachers:lower tier ratio is? if we don't know, would anyone mind guessing?

Am aiming for 16000 combined between the two but don't know how many of each to build.

Thanks

~ 1/7 i believe, this is is the ration i got with round about 75% price, but you should work with your prices to get the maximum out of your arena thats why they are no clear rules for building the arena(and maximum price is way to high)

Maximum price is perfect for me :)

It really depends on winning ratio/series you are in. I haven't seen any serious study of that kind of thing though...

yeah but if you build your arena earlier and have more cheap oprices you would have more money ;)

if the prices comes near to the limit, the attendance drop pretty heavy.

Not necessarily true.

My prices are maxed out and I expect a sell-out of my 6555 seater tomorrow. How many tickets you sell is a function of what division you are in, the level of your PR manager, the price of your tickets, the standing of your opposition and how well your team is doing.

yeah but the prices have their iunfluence ;)

And max prices give the attendance a high drop, if you sell out it was ok but you could easily earn more money with a bigger arena even without that much succes.

OK, so we have a set of decisions to make. I had this discussion with Superfly Guy a while back in this forum and he advocated the position that you are taking, ie. expansion is always good. For me, there's an important question to ask and answer: "do I spend $500,000 on 1000 seats, which will take a long time to pay for themselves, or do I spend that money on improving my team?"

When you can increase revenue for free, ie by increasing ticket prices, it is sensible to do so. If you are selling out on a regular basis, then increasing ticket prices can be very low risk.

The 500000 in the arena was impoving your team, too ;)

Especially when you reach such high ticket prices like you did.

I must agree with expanding.
I don't think I would have made so much money as I have now by less expanding and more price-upgrading. But that is just my feel ofcourse and no absolute truth.

I also notice that with price increasement, figures drop (heavely), even from the 2nd lowest priced seats when I only raised them by 2 dollars (55 to 57)...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
