potential is a good thing, skills balancy too, age weight heigh limits too,
but really i can t understand why u get favour of training in 1 or 2 position i know u have to set a sytem but really 12 or more players are playing each weeks and few of them is supposed to be t trained to have better and quick improvements ..
it s not a super hero game it s a team sport, guys are watching trainees or going party somewhere? does the coach get a real potential limit on his concentration?
t the only limit seems to be the salary, not a big issue for good managers or experienced i think
maybe i ve missed something ?

I asked myself 1000x times ago the same question, but it was always more fun by the way we have - this system creates more dilema than the easy way - pay and train

Has Shaq ever played on PG to train his ballhandling or passing ??
Maybe it's different basketball??

The system must be moderate !!!

I think the answer is twofold:

1. That's the way HT does it and BB is roughly based on HT.
2. It creates a thriving transfer market, because you train an excess of one player type, but need to sell them and acquire the player types that you don't train.

shaq has improved a lot his passing game in low post to be one of the most dominant center in this action,as a rookie he wasn t as good as his best level, lakers or heat for ex
so for really training him as joker said a switch in position as pg is the best way ,ion BB

nice for bizness, but its a simulation game about team work it increase activity on market but decrease interest about building a team ,like example in rules said u choose one position and buy the other, some prefer like this ,others don t, for me its unbalanced, too much for bizness not enough for team working

Something I really don't get : the player named César Vaz (2216669) has improved in rebound, inside shooting and inside defense over the same week... what's the trick??? how do you manage to make a player improve in offense and in defense in the same time?? do you train him 2 days in rebound, 2 days in defense and 3 days in shooting??
