Play to the stengths of your team. Better C/PF, play inside (low post or look inside) or petter outside players (PG,SG) play outside like run and gun.
It looks like you have a good all round team. I like look inside for low Div teams like yours as shooting level is poor. But experiement over a few games and see what works best.
The guys that you are playing next play basic offence /man to man. Pretty typical. Look at past games to work out typical tactics and change your defence and offese tactics arrorindly (say they play run and gun, you would focus your defense on the outside with 3-2 zone or 1-3-1. inside you'd play 2-3,) All tactics are in the help seciton which you must read.
If i was you, i'd go for look inside/2-3 zone(or man to man). Because in my experience this works best in Div 4.
Like i said, have fun and experiment. Dont expect to win a lot at 1st, but as your sqaud inproves and you learn more about the game, you'll be fine.
