If player play on position where he train something, he should to play different.

Example:

If he is on guard position and train passing that week on that position, he will pass more that match (and his other purpose will be lineary turned down)

This will create more tactical options and training will be more logical and real.

Of course - now it is that you can set the training few minutes before the training update - here on this case - you have to set the training at least few minutes before the week starts

but you don't have chanches to react, if your training minutes are wasted because of fouls injuries etc ;) Sometimes i recognize pretty fast that my minutes gots wasted and often i try to have an Plan B in petto, in case the trainings minutes are bad.

And real training he would pass more often in training, and play like he could in game.

to say to your player what he will train after he play? That is pretty unlogic, while it is easier

yeah its unlogic(maybe not after the saturday play) but it also unlogic, that you just train a few players ;)

And it is just a game, more important then the realistic is the fun, and your possibilities to influence the game and for this i like the actual solution.

I'm not sure how you are managing your training, but I'm always planing before a first match where will be players on the field and where will train, than I rotate them

I disagree. When he's playing the games, the player has more attention for the technique he learned in training. The result of that is that after a week, he plays better in that specific category.
It's a qualitative focus, not quantitative.

I try to get all my PG near to 48 minutes to give then training, but often that doesn't work so i try to manage to get then 48 minutes PG+SG and otate on this spot to so that i could vary my training fast so that i don't waste that much of it ;)

In horribel weeks i also switch on team training like free throws, because i don't want to waste my training.

If I'm focused for the training of something in that week - I would try to do it more during a match

I see logic on this, you know

I understand what your logic is. I'll try to explain my logic thinking about this item.
My point is that when you are training something in that week, you won't always do it more frequently, because that's not always possible ingame. There are other factors like the contender, the teammates, match orders, etc.
But when you use the skill you're training on, you will be focused to do it better then before.
That will not always be a succes, because you are still training on it, only after a week of training and trying ingame you got better. So it isn't counted in ratings that week.
