I consider playing Full Court Press as a defensive strategy for my next league match. From the rules... it is said that I will make more turnovers.
The question is will I gain more rebounding points and defence with this tactical feature?

totally the opposite
you make turnovers like normal, based on the defense from the opponent your opponent will make some extra turnovers
Your defence and rebounding will decrease

expect to see a lot of made baskets for you and a lot of immediate turnovers or lay ups for the other team.
