How long does it take for Supporter to be activated?
Yesterday (Sunday, Netherlands), I payed for 1-year supporter using a Mastercard. I 've received a confirmation of the payment, but my Supporter still isn't activated yet.

How long is it supposted to take?

Hello Bertje, and thanks for your post.

Occasionally, the PayPal system will hold an order in the queue for a day or two -- I have been in contact with them trying to figure out why this happened, but they seem confused by it. We are planning on adding some new payment types shortly, and we will hopefully be able to get around this issue in the future.

If this happens to anyone in the future, just sent an email to me (mark@buzzerbeater.com) and I will manually execute the order in the database.

For now, I have updated your Supporter package manually. Thanks for your purchase, and thanks for helping us support BuzzerBeater!

Unfortunately, even with new payment options, it is impossible to buy supporter package in easy way - from Serbia.
When i am saying "easy way" i am meaning on on-line payment with my visa gold credit card.
Is there any solution for this problem?

P.S.
It is not a first time that i am pointing to tis problem and i am not the only one to do that...

recently Mark added a number of paying options for supporter, so you might check the page again and see if your problem is fixed yet.

Mark also said that when you still can not pay in the way that is satisfactory for you, you can send him a BB-mail, suggesting how you prefer to pay.

First, thank you for answering my question.

Second, i have checked new ways for payment and they are really complicated in comparison with simple on-line payment using personal credit card.

is "automatic debit transfer system"(i hope i got the right translation), so much more complicated?

Even if a additional VISA suport wouldn't be bad, but a direct contract normally ain't cheap( ihthink they hold around 6-10% of transfered money, when you has a little buissness)
