have the bb guys thought about adding a feature where you can create a player.
every created player gets 20 points to put towards there skills.
not sure if this would work tho.
when you create a player you have the choice to make him what position he plays his name, age and his height.
i think it would be pretty cool, but it would be only 1 created player per team.
also they should make it like hattrick where the players are able to become trainers or pr managers, and you can train them to become better trainers or pr managers.
they could also have the staff set up so every1 dont have the same you have to employ staff like players and they have different skills depending on there salary per week eg:
trainer
outside defence:10
outside scoring:4
inside scoring:9
rebounding:10
and so on.
let me know if the bb guys have thought about this and what you guys think.
