I've received a lot of reports about my help program BBA. All these reports shows users can not change their access key in "my profile" successfully.

I try to change the access key in "my profile" and get the result "successful". but when I use the new access key in http://www2.buzzerbeater.org/BBData, I can not login either. Whatever I use any password or access key (old and new), I can not login the data service (which will make help program down).

I've meet such problem some days ago but now whatever I do, I can not change and use the new access key.
