Guys,
does this also mean our training goes back to the long term thing . . . slow pace not more accelerated?

Um, no?
If it does, it will be announced.
NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Yes, training began slowing during the all-star break last season. At that time, Charles made a news post reminding everyone that the rate would be gradually returning to its long term value.

i know its slower than before but did we hit the mark of the long term value?
damn!
im too slow to realize when the fast training was approve i was still doing team training for which i never hired a level 10 coach! or high level coaches
only when it start slowly that i realize i was doing something wrong!
this sucks!

The training rate is already fairly close to the long term rate, but it will take some time for it to get all the way there. Think of it as exponential decay.

so can we interpret the addition of 'higher potential' players as a nice reward for those that trained up and want to keep them? ie. Is it fair to say a player (lets say C) that you can train aggressively up to triple Sensational in RB/ID/IS that previously took 2 seasons would now lets say take 3 seasons and then add the impact of training slightly older players... would a perennial allstar or superstar not just likely end up similar to some of todays best allstar guys....?
hope that makes sense!

i understand what you mean,
but the gap of talent now by those who did it right on the first place and the late bloomer in training will be compensated by the potential of players.
but the thing is, the fa and the draft will be a very very vital thing for your success.
this is getting difficult already

The purpose of the training boost was to get some highly skilled, highly paid players into the game. I'm not sure I understand your hypothesis, but I think it is this: that the end of the boost will allow the current crop of world-class players, who all have allstar potential, to stay ahead of the next generation (which includes the upper potential levels) for a little while. That is probably true, but it was not the main objective of the boost.
