I read the rules a couple times and Im trying to get a good feel for the game now. So if a player recieves 48 minutes of game-time a week he gets full training. When does the "week" start? In other words, which game marks the begining of the 48 minutes (Two league games and one scrimmage)? Thanks

I've been using the assumption of whichever game immediately follows the training update (game rules >> weekly schedule).

But what if I train a certain skill at one position like SG, and say I played a player 2 minutes in SG and 46 minutes in SF would he get full training?

No he would not. If you are training SG than in this case he would get just 2 mins in training for that skill.

hmm another question,
i notice in my weekly stats now that some of my players are already high in minutes like 80's -90's, and they need to play tom dont they get exhausted ?
i think the time added from the playoffs to the scrimmage . . .

As it should. Weekly stats will reset before the Saturday league game, just like they always do...
