I've asked this before but I didn't really get an answer that helped me.

What causes players to foul so much??

M team fouls a LOT! I had 27 fouls in my last game.. and halfway through the first quarter of the current game, I have 5 fouls. This is not unusal for me. I give away way too many points in free throws. Please someone give me some advice on how to improve this?
