So we know there's a soft cap for different potential levels. But how do we quantify it in terms of salary?

For example, for a player with all-star potential, would the soft cap for a C/PF be at 15k salary or something like that? I know there is no definite figure but maybe there can be an assigned ballpark figure.

I know soft cap doesn't mean that training will become zero, I just want to know at what point let's say that the salary is at it's peak.

Opinions/Comments?

I think that players with a lower potential should want little less wage, but all-star potential with only 15k salary is too less :)

So far there are guards with $30k salaries and PF/C with $75k plus....

We are trying to find out in a federation where the limits are and at present (touch wood!) it seems that most of the best players within BB are still steadily getting better.....i think when players start to slow down considerably or stop altogether you will notice a lot of threads in forums like this... so until they start appearing I think we still have a bit longer to go!
