Al Jazir and Al Maghrib instead of Algeria and Morocco? Am I the only one to see that or it's a general bug?

I think this needs to be addressed.

The country names appear to be presented as they are referred to in that country.

You could argue about whether that's the best presentation, but it's probably that way by the developers' choice right now... which wouldn't make it a bug.

This is not a bug, local names are used.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

In my opinion the English language is stupid to rename the countries from their local name.

Why the hell do we call Hrvatska Croatia?

the problem is that people cannot understand which country the names are refering to. So maybe the names of countries on BB should be translatable.

So people will always see the names in their own profile language. Example, USA for brazilian users would be "Estados Unidos".

yes it's no big deal anyway. Your are simply wondering what this strange nation is when you don't find it on the map but that is a good way to learn new things!

But if we can use its English name for the English version of the site why not...

By the way Angola is in trouble but it is not in the game yet! Are there plans concerning them? I don;t know if internet use is important in that country but maybe it's worth a shot. After all they are by far the best basketball nation in Africa!
