Hi,
It's now the 3rd week that I train my team and I still didn't see any influence of the training on my players.
- During the first week, I trained "stamina" but none of my players did improve (a friend thought it was because it was the first week I had the team).
- During the second week, I trained Jump Shot on PG/SG but again nobody did improve though my players are quite young and that they all played more than 48 minutes in that position.
- During the third week, I again trained Jump Shot on PG/SG because I wanted they to improve in that skill but again no improvement.
Also, all my players still have the same game shape. Nobody improved or decreased since I have my team.
Is my team forgotten every week by the training system ?
