Im new to the game, and this may be a dumb question, but is there anywhere i can view ALL of the different leagues in the USA. I found a way to look at the top 5 leagues in the USA, but im not sure how to after that.

Under the tools menu (bottom of the menus on the left), is the search link. The bottom section on the search page allows searching for series in each country.

No. Way too many leagues after level IV anyhow.
