Jump Shot: average Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: atrocious

That was 27. 10. 2007.

Would you waste your time to train this kind of player? I did, and this is him today:

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: prolific
Driving: prolific Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: pitiful

What a lousy center you trained!

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

:)

Imagine what sort of monster you might have had if you actually trained a decent player and didn't have to sacrifice passing training for the sake of outside defense

Can you imagine the rest of my guards with prolific and sensational Outside Defense? :)

He needed 13 Pressure trainings to raise 7 OD skills, so he trained pretty fast... That proves the point that players with one skill much lower than the others, train that skill much, much faster... This is the evidence of that...

Besides, that was my personal challenge... And I like his name, so I would never replace him :)

Now he's 2nd PG in the B&H NT :) Off course, I'm the NT-coach, but he really deserves his spot :)

His salary went from 3109$ to 12987$, and it will only raise with time :)

I imagine a lot of that came from the increased speed of training several seasons ago. While it certainly seems doable, and has been an interesting experiment, I doubt it can be recommended as the most efficient training routine ;)

Props to you, though ;)

I'm working on someone similar except his outside defense is respectable and it's shooting and driving that are problem areas. Only cost a few thousand and should at least make a passable backup down the line, plus I had room for one more trainee.

Just train him One on One and in one season, you have player you can sell for at least 500k... Trust me :)
