I've been training guards since I started playing BB and are now able to field some very decent guards and thereby get a offensive flow a lot better than what my opponents can field. I'm aware that this improves my teams ability to make assists and avoid turn overs but how do I profit the most from this?

Are offensive flow in any manner relate to what attack speed I should use?
