It says in the rules, two days after the final tie-breaker, so, presumably tomorrow (Tues) at some point. Keep a look out.

because they are lot updates to do at the end of the seaosn, so even if we tell you the scheduled date it becomes pretty hard to say when it was finished.

So you get an unprecise answer which don't make you embarresed if it takes a bit longer.

I expect the preparation for the new season (including the draft) will happen tomorrow.

It will take several hours, and if it is done like last season, the site will be down, but you get a process by process overview of what is to happen and what already happened if you visit the site.
There are a lot of things that need updating:
all players age, draft, promotions/demotions (and maybe bot clean-up), new scedules for league games, ...

Tomorrow evening everything should be in place, unless there have been complications.

Truth is there hasn't been any official timing released yet, so we can only base on what happened last season.

i have received my players from the draft right now so yeah...
