just seen that I have a 'rival' in my new league, which seems to be new for this season.

I presume this will be much like a derby in HT, but can't find anything in the rules about it. could someone point me towards the correct page

There is no such page in this moment. The rules will change in a few days (or maybe hours) - it's hard to say.
