As present, sending players to a national team manager is quite "complicated".
Copy-pasting players to message, no more then 2-3 fit into the message, sending updates when they pop, etc.
For the NT-managers it gets even more complex, receiving all the messages, making a personal database etc.

My suggestion is providing a form on the NT page where the user can fill in the player number. The player is automatically added to a NT-database where the NT manager can see the player's stats from now on. On this page there is for every player also a button to whipe them out of this database.
This enables the NT-manager to have a clear overview of players, without having a full inbox and struggling with own database-files.
For the country users it is a simple way to add the players to the NT-database.

Addition: the NT-coach can set a filter with the minimum requirements to ensure that only those players that fit the requirements are being added to the database, to prevent a flood of users sending through all their players.

I doubt you'll see that hosted on the BB servers, but some enterprising young lad that has a bir of programming knowledge can do something similar with the BBAPI, I presume.

Maybe it could be a "tryout" button. Teams whose player gets a tryout might receive a small amount ($500). A NT/U21 NT manager could have a quota of tryouts that they can have.
