I just now lost 2 bids on 2 centers over 40k salaries, because the site happened to crash for about 3 minutes. I would say that this happens too often for the auction timer to be just 3 minutes.

I mean to lose on 2 bids because the site went down for 3 minutes is just frustrating and annoying. It may be far fetched but it does slightly raise suspicion on how the site can be down for 3 min exactly on the time i got overbid. Especially when the site runs well right before and right after the downtime. That's what it makes me frustrated.

Anyways, I say put back the 5 minute timer, because 3 minutes goes by far too fast. Especially when downtimes may occur.

when the auctions are at the top end of the market they finish pretty quick anyway...

what about price under 1.5mil keep it at 3min....1.5mil up to 4mil, 4mins and over this 5mins.

there is no way an auction for a 4mil+ player will be a drawn out affair the 2% increments see to this. the point the OP was making is that when you cant log in at least 5mins gives you some more valuable time to try different servers.

for a 1.5mil player you can find these everyday of the week.. for the top top end you cant and thats what led to the disappointment.
