There are matches where, in the last minutes, the team who is in disadvantage makes a high number of fouls to stop the time and to resume the ball's possession. All the fouls are committed on the opposing player with worst level in Free Throws. This is a correct strategy.
But the opposing coach should have the ability to consider, in this part of the match, the skill's level "Free Throws" of the player hited by fouls, in order to make the correct substitution in the case that the backup player have a better level of skill "Free Throws". This no happen now and the team who makes repeated fouls have a little advantage to bridge the gap.

I'm pretty sure that the endgame logic does indeed include this.
NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Look my last match
(6386854)
.
Last minutes, home team commits many fouls against my SG (Taffetani) who has pitiful in FT, like the fomous hack-a-Shaq :).
At the end, Taffetani was 3-12 in FT. His backup have strong in FT but my coach doesn't change Taffetani in last minutes...Why ?
Perhaps the endgame logic must be improved..

My FT 1 SF/PF, always plays in the last minute when he is starting ... And his backups usually could hit, the damn freethrows and are good players too, so i don't think that this is implemented already.

how about calling a time out during a quick run to stop the bleeding or just simply fouling to change the players on the floor especially when your starters are all sittng down

well that was the same story in my last game.
My coach did not sub my pitiful FT shooter C with respectable FT center and did actually change my sub SF with average FT with my starter SF (pitiful FT).
Just bc of that it was a thriller in the last 1.20 minutes :)
