My strength is playing inside.
When my opponent's best quality is his inside defence, should I try to use my guards instead?
I know it is not a simple question - it depends on how much better my inside game is, how much better his inside defence is, etc, but my question is more general.
As a matter of policy - would you prefer playing your game, using your best qualities, or should you prefer adjusting to your opponents?

If you are the weaker team, I assume the second option is the better one, but what would you do when you are the better team? And what about when you have about the same strength?

When I think a future opponent has two levels of defense higher, I usually think of switching from Low Post/Look Inside to Base Offense. Probably the margin is a little lower now that I have better shooting guards.

I have played Run N Gun a few times, when the defensive difference is just crazy...

if you vary your offense some times, your opponents don't play 2-3 all the time ... Alone for making you a bit more unpredictabel i would play RnG in this cases.
