Magandang araw mga kabayan!

Kami po ay nagagalak na ipaalam sa inyo na meron na po tayong mga 100 na players na cino-consider para maging kasapi ng ating Training Pool. Eto po ay kinabibilangan ng mga 60 na 18 year olds at ang natitira ay mula 19-21. Bukas pagkatapos ng training update ay magpapadala kami ng scouting letter sa mga owners ng nasabing mga trainees.

Ang ating target ay ma-train ang mga players na ito ng full-time para gumanda ng lubos ang kanilang mga stats. At kami po ay tuloy pa ring naghahanap ng mga players kaya kung ang player niyo ay nabibilang sa isa sa mga criteria na ito, hinihiling namin na ipadala nyo ang stats sa amin (via BBmail) para maidagdag sa listahan.

Criteria

1. 18-21 with at least proficient in any skill.

2. 18 y.o. with salary over 4000.

3. 19 y.o. PG/SG/SF with salary over 5000
19 y.o. PF/C with salary over 6000

4. 20 y.o PG/SG/SF with salary over 6000
20 y.o PF/C with salary over 10000

Kung meron kayong player na hindi pasado sa mga criteria pero sa palagay niyo ay makakatulog, iniimbitahan pa rin namin kayo na ipadala ang stats nila.

Kung meron din pong mga gustong tumulong sa ating NT/U21, kami po ay naghahanap pa po ng mga scouts. Ipagbigay alam lang po sa amin. Pagkatapos nito ay ipopost ko ang listahan ng ating mga potential Trainees.

Stamina and Game Shape must be at least Respectable. FT din sana.

you don't have to have all skills for a player to get in the national NT/U21... you have to have at least one skill (except for small forwards, who must have two skills) and further improve your player later on.

hindi ibig sabihin na kasali na sa NT ay hindi na ite-train.. kelangan pa din ng constant training dahil it would benefit both NT's and the team owners naman...

so sana, bigyan pansin din natin ang pandaigdigang palaro... support team Philippines, and let's do our part.

i am training my superstar potential PF and my perennial allstar SG. hopefully by end of this season U21 NT worthy na sila.

and i think the stamina part (na kelangan maging respectable) is optional, if you think you have players who are worthy of being considered a trainee or part of the U21 NT or NT, kahit sa ngayon mababa pa sweldo, send us the stats, evaluate natin yan :)

yung sweldo kasi can be so deceiving especially for SG/PG/SF hehe.

where's a good place to start para magscout pa? ako kasi transfer threads palang and top leagues to league II ng bawat countries chinecheck ko rosters. pano pa kaya pwede maghanap ng mga pinoy na naglalaro sa ibang bansa?

ako tinitignan ko din ung history... lalo n ung mga naging bot teams na... kaso pag napalitan n ung dating team ng bagong team ang alam ko reset na ung transfers page eh...
