Today, some players have been sold before the hour, 1 minute or 40 seconds

Player X 23:20:00 But is finished!!!

Try refreshing more often. For better results, you might also try an unconditional refresh (Ctrl-F5).

I was in www2.buzzerbeater.org. It has a small delay compared to www.buzzerbeater.org?

I do not buy more from www2.....
