I have 2 players, and I'm not sure which one of them should play the Backup Center Position and which one the Starting Power Forward position. Both salaries arn't up to date at all, because they both have been trained a lot (especially Player #1 had a lot of skill pops)

Player #1 (5913351), listed as PF (best position)

Weekly salary:
$ 4 602
DMI: 32300
Age: 18
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: inept Handling: atrocious
Driving: atrocious Passing: inept
Inside Shot: proficient ↑ Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

Player #2 (4787128), is listed as a Center (best position)

Weekly salary:
$ 6 251
DMI: 35500
Age: 19
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: role player
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: atrocious
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

What do you think?

It depends on what you value in your starting 5 as well as your tactic but I would start Player 2 for a couple of reasons.

I value defense over anything else, and his respectable OD is very valuble for the PF position.

He also has much better stamina, something that's essential for a starter, otherwise his level of play will drop in the later staged and he may well foul more. I see player 1 more as an impact player.

Others may disagree as player 1s shooting skills are significatly better. Try them both out and see who performs better.

@all: Thanks for the answers. I'd be happy to hear some more opinions!

@Daheavy: Nah, I have a very good Center, who is better then those 2 players.

At this point in time #2 is better suited to help you play however in the long run #1 will be the better player. That is assuming equal training between the two. The other thing about #2 is that his is a little small for a starting center. I have two really good centers can play them at times at C and PF with success but most times I split them up and pair them with a PF. I train C/PF myself.
