It's surprising from the standpoint that you'd expect something different there, but as a bug, I don't think so.

I think from a team standpoint the overall rating is higher but it may not be the case in indivisual matchups.

I only looked at the last match you posted, but if you look at the center position the center for the "stronger" rebounding team got kind of owned on the boards.

Thanks King and Juice, everything of course could be possible, I'd like to know your opinion about rebounds cause is still an enigma for me
I'm sure this is related to the tactic in defense (maybe also in attack), sure that is related to the total shots and it should be the average sum of the skill rebound of centers and PF mainly, in any case in the last game posted there is almost 2 lvl of rating difference... This is just to discuss I'm not the coach of Busto or Pauli ;)

Rebounds depend on factors other than the nominal level of team rebounding: e.g. enthusiasm and attitude. And just like everything else that happens in a BB game, they depend on individual match-ups as well.
