SO, my understanding is that the staff's wages go up every week, but do their levels increase overtime as well? or should I fire the jerks when they are asking for too much to their level(since their fees steadily increase).
I wish there was a rating system for staff where you could judge them by their strengths and weaknesses rather than the fact he's a level 4 with $$$$$ a week. I don't really see a benefit to knowing their $$$$$ a week when all it does is increase and cause me to cut the guy for a similar level with lower wages.
I definitely like the idea that you basically bid on staff, but why not introduce a better staffing system where you can upgrade specific aspects. Where you select assistant coaches that specialize on coaching styles and then you can balance out your coaching staff rather than go with a coach for the fact of selecting a coach, or a staff member.
How it goes, a level 4 coach coaches a 3-2 defense the same as every level 4 coach. Give the coaches certain elements where he coaches a certain formation strong, and another one weak(with space for improvement)
