Wondering if I can get some insight on the potential soft-cap. When they first implemented it, I assumed that it would be the same across the board for the same potential type.

For example, a sixth man would have a soft cap at proficient on all stats.

Now, after several of my players have gone weeks and weeks with no pops in jump shot or range, I'm wondering if the soft cap is different on different stats.

My all star center is stuck at JS: Awful(3) and my all star PF/SF is stuck at JS: Respectable(7). Conversely, my superstar SG has popped JS twice, with all three receiving the same training.

potential isn't a one Skill Cap, it is more a weighted skill sum cap.

With that i mean something like the salary, it don't have to be the same formular but i could say for example that training with all Star player goes slower when they earn around 40k salary.
