for some or many or all? players its impossible to play 2 times a week as starter, is there a way to improve this in the future, i mean my best players should be able to play 2 games a week without suffering in form, sure its some work including changes for the training, but it would be more realistic for my opinion.

I thought getting a decent sub helps with that.

how many mins you get with a 2x starter?
the other thing is you loose training.

Most of my players start twice a week with no ill effects.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

My starters habitually play 37-38 minutes, barring foul trouble or blowout. Of course if you want to start a guy with $50,000 salary and back him up with someone with a $2,000 then the sub might never even get in.

However, I am not quite sure what other people's experience were with players with very high stamina. It might be useful if someone shares it with us.

I think to have a player get over 80 minutes by having him play 2 games he must indeed be a lot better then the back-up, and have decent stamina.

the question is, does he field back-ups at all, or just has his 1 player play the whole game? ...

In (almost) any 'normal' situation every team is capable of fielding the same player as starter twice and suffer no ill effects on form. Give a back-up is lined-up, and the player isn't put into a third game as starter nor back-up nor reserve.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
