I think training system would be better with better training selections...

Let's say I want to train my PF to get him 3pointers skill.. But i can't... I can train him
only by training WHOLE team and effect then is very low...

I think it would be better if it would be possible to choose like that:

Skill >>> and five windows.. If yu wnat you train one or two positions, if you want you train 3 or 4 or 5 positions..

Isn't that would be better?

that would be very boring and very available for everyone, which means every kind of player's skills would be no longer a point of any effort

It will also make the transfer market completely obsolete, since you can simply get home-grown players at each position.

Hasnt the transfer market become somewhat obsolete recently anyway with transfer resale restrictions, this seasons taxes, staff acquisition costs and rising salaries?

Most established clubs now (who have the money) arent active unless a better player is available and only if they can trade up an existing player... I guess salaries will jump more than before and it will be interesting to see how many teams have increased their arenas sufficiently to deal with this.

If they havent then further deflation has to be around the corner.

No, I don't think so -- at least not for that reason.

New users need to realize that money doesn't grow on trees. You are supposed to earn your money by creating an added value -- in the case of BB by training your players and putting them on the market.

I think that deflation started already. Anyway doesn't make any sense to train whatever you want when-ever you want or have an option to buy whoever you want when-ever you want. That would be a child-game.

What's the problem with quality SF training being a little challenging? There is already a Jump Shot and Driving training regimes for forwards which is extremely effective.

I have no problem with needing to go through a little pain to train them in defense. If this means playing your SF as a guard or a power forward, that's fine by me.
