I experienced same problems 4th - 4.11 left (8305117)
with PF and SF (but looks like the game ended fine, with only presentional errors on viewer)

Same here, but apparently, my players can shoot while sitting on the bench - see Q4 of the game right now. Steffen Huhndorf swapped position and is listed as sitting on the bench, while scoring like a madman.

Hi guys,

Those same swaps work fine when I look at the viewer. However, yesterday we uploaded a new version of the game viewer to display swaps, and I think you may still have the older version.

Can you confirm for me that the viewer on reportmatch.aspx for these games says "v 1.4.1" on it (just above the commentary, on the left)? If not, please clear your browser cache and reload the page -- that should force you to download the newest version of the viewer, and you should see v 1.4.1 on it.

Once you have the newest version of the viewer, can you please confirm whether this problem is now fixed? Thanks!

I'm afraid I'm still stuck on v1.03.02, though as far as I know, this is the version that I had for quite some time. I logged out and then cleared my browser cache, but it was no good. I do suspect my browser and computer though, they can be quite peculiar with things like these.

That seems like the most likely cause of your problem, then.

What browser are you using?

I sent you a BB-Mail -- no need to clog the forums with technical chat.
I'll post anything interesting as I find it out.

Ok, I think I've solved this problem. One of our webservers was taking it's sweet time to record the newest change to reportmatch.aspx, and seems to have the new code now.

Can I get you to confirm that the viewer now says "v 1.4.1"?

Thanks for your patience!

Great, thanks. Were you seeing this same problem before?
