I guess there is something wrong when a new team is created. It seems that the team owns all the flags etc which the old team gathered.
(22784), this team was created about 1 week ago, he got 2 USA flags (probably the old flags + the new starting country flag) and several other flags.
Dunno if more than just flags is transferred from bots to new teams, but it might be worthy to check it out.
