I believe Arabic is already a part of the game. You can change game language in Tools > Your Profile in the left-hand side menu.

Definitely correct... the three scripts before the Chinese ones are for Hebrew, Farsi, and Georgian. No Arabic.

Hm, I thought there were both Persian and Arabic down there. My mistake, I guess.
