Yes. My 36-yo PG who sees very little basketball action these days thanks me with a skill drop or two every few weeks.

when they lose a skill, they also lose salary value... i also have evidence.. because i still have my former player active, and as far as i can remember, he was having 4k+ salary when i sold him...

(i was about to ask as to whether losing skill would cut his salary... but i researched first and it concluded that it was indeed true)

when they lose a skill, they also lose salary value...

Player's salary is based on his skill set at the salary update, so his salary may therefore also drop.
