What do you have to do to prevent your players from dropping in stamina?
I thought they had to play more then 48 and less then +/- 80 mins, but i have 2 players with stamina drops who played 48 and 54 mins respectively. Is there an other possible reason for these stamina drops?

Stamina drops a bit every week without training and minutes have no effect.

why for example a player that is injured and doesn't play any minutes always drops in stamina then?

yup. stamina decreases are irrespective of minutes played.

Just ensure yourself you are not mixing stamina and game shape. Those are two different thinks and only game shape is affected by minutes played.

You say stamina drops a bit every week, do you mean every week with the same amount?
Before the training bug fix I even had 4 drops in stamina and now only 2, how do you explain that if stamina has nothing to do with minutes? Is their a random factor that decides if stamina drops or not? Because one of the players that got his original stamina back hasn't played a single minute due to injury, so the bug fix can't have changed his training.

There could be a small random factor, but it's very small if so.

I can assure you without any doubt is that minutes do not matter.

I just found the answer somewhere on global.

One of the BB's said the following:
There is a small random factor in training, and so since a pop is necessarily a crossing over the .5 decimal level, any randomness means whether a pop is reported can change from time to time... but the result is not drastically different...

This together with the fact that minutes don't matter actually explains everything

This was a mistake which has subsequently been corrected. There is no random factor in training.

Stamina drops are random. Training is not.
