You should be aware that if a player plays many minutes, let´s say more than 70 minutes in a week, he gets very tired and it could have a terrible consequences in next game even if he has an high game shape.

So I try my rosters don´t play more than 60/65 minutes in a week.
To maintain the level I think that if you get out of the 45 - 75 range once, this won't hurt you if you get between 35 and 85 minutes.
