One problem I have noticed with the fan survey is that there seems to be only black or white in terms of the "last game" questions, ie. How the team played in the last TV game.

If I win I get 5 stars. Every time. If I lose I get 1 or 2. In my last TV game it was a hard fought overtime loss to a good team yet I still got 2 stars. Why not 3? What has to happen to see 3 or 4 stars? A triple overtime hearbreaker lost on a buzzerbeating 3? If I play badly but still beat a weak team why should I get 5 stars? I think our fans should be capable of more subtlety than that.


This has probably been brought up before but I can never find what I am looking for on the forums.

I won't say it's useless, as the overall Fan rating is pretty accurate but I'd say that the last game question is relatively pointless. I've lost games by a very little margin and by very large margins and it doesn't seem to make a difference in how many balls are shown, a loss is never tolerated even when it's to the top team in the League and by a tiny margin.

also within a week the balls decreasing, like last season last leaguegame and so on, i wonder why is that, last season 2, 5 balls after leaguegame then after the cupgame only 2 left.. strange..

Only few fans were asked. It is not like fan survey results directly influence attendance. It only gives you a hint what's going on.
