Can someone help me understand this match

It seems that the team that lost had way better ratings. I notice that the losing team tried for some bizarre reason to score lots of 3 points (25!) of which only a couple went through... Why is that? I mean, why try all those 3 point shots, it's not in the set tactic...

Those are the shots the defense basically allowed the other team to take.

If ratings alone determined every game, this would all be boring with no point.

Sure I agree. Rating are not everything...

I'm just wondering what the losing team did wrong. They were the superior team in my opinion and it seems that they dumbly went on shooting 3 pointers whilst their perimeter offense could take the perimeter defense of the opponent.

What would be a appropriate tactic for that match?
