Hi,

It´s the third week in a row that my team had no changes in players skills.
I´d like to ask to more experienced guys whether is it usual or should I change the train.
I have a trainer level 5 so I think should have better results in training.
What you think about it?

It would really help if you would say exactly what are you training (position[s]), skill)...

I´m training outside shooting for PG and SG (wingmen) and the players are young, between 21 and 25 as average.

3 things:

1) Outside shooting trains very slow.
2) 21 to 25 isn't that young.
3) Wingmen are SG & SF, and your 28yo SF got over 100 minutes last week...

You´re right, wingmen are SG and SF.Excuse me. It was a mistake when I dialed.
So the problem is train is particularly slow.
The same happens with Inside Defense and outside Defense?

OD training is slow as well, ID is (I would say) average, but I am no expert.

Check the training speed thread from the important threads. And as stated above your trainees are not young + taining 2 spots instead of one spot takes even more time.

hello

I dont know if you ever played a game similar to this called hattrick. That game is a lot older than this one, but buzzerbeater coppied many things from hattrick. (hattrick is a football game).

My trainees are 19 and it takes 3-4 weeks for them to train OD. In hattrick for every extra year a player is, you have to add another week to training for them to gain skill. I don´t know if it is in this game a full week too. But lets be positive and think off half a week. your 24 and 25 year old trainees are 5 and 6 years older than me. And therefore need atleast 3 weeks more per skill gain than my players. So if we think positive, your players should pop around every 6-7 weeks. If buzzerbeater uses the same idea as hattrick it could even be 9-10 weeks.

I am sure everyone has a different opinion, but I always have believed that building a strong team for the future and that means starting with the youngest possible trainees. which in our case is 18 and train them until they are 22-23. Sell some and buy more trainees to sell and train or buy 18 year old players for other positions and train them.

I am not saying this is the best way or the only way to do it. But it works for me. Look at my 19 year old players, they are all going to be stars someday...

ps England isnt as strong a country as others, so not sure how good my trainees would do in the USA, Germany, Italy or Spain :)

in hattrick it was 12% additional time, one week just fit for Playmaking training from 17 to 18 years ... ;) Some trainign have pretty similiar times in hattrick, so it fits good for passing and scoring to especially with a bit older training, but thats start to be off topic^^

And in BB it is much less then one week, and probadly less then a half week i assume it could be pretty similiar to the 12% in hattrick so it is more around 0,24-0,36 Weeks for the most two position primary training in BB maybe a bit less.
