I just realized that new manager occured in my division (substituing inactive player who turned out into a bot recently). It's 3rd division. But new players have been assigned to 4th division already (and are still active). Maybe this more a suggestion but I really consider it as a bug. It is unfair for those who got 4th division team. Why someone who registered after them got 3rd division team. I even didn't imagine there would be new managers in once full 3rd divisions until the end of season when clear up will take place. (Then if there is no active player, new ly registered should be assined to 3rd division again).

Since it influences chances for promotion for teams in the lowest divisions it is obvoius it should not be.

I'm aware of the situation but I still think it is a bit unfair to current teams of 4th division. And it ruins any chance of long term promotion planning. With numerous not really active players in 3rd division which could turn out to bots week after week it can very easily happen that no ther teams will be assigned to 4th division. I mean there should be "wrong time wrong place" approach. Newer teams than those in 4th div. are assigned to 3rd. Not only that but each assigned team (to 3rd) lessen chance of promotion due to bot cleanup for those in 4th. I mean it would be more fair to assign all new teams to 4th division (as soon as first such a team is assigned there) and let them play it out for regular promotion and for promotion due to bot cleanup. There is still chance that only few teams would be assigned to the first division of some level (i.e. x.1; iv.1 in this case) and then come back to assigning of higher level where some teams turned out to bots. I really hope you have a mechanism incorporated into assigning process that prevent this otherwise a lonely team could happen to be in a division to the end os a season depsite later registered teams. (It didn't happened in this case but baring mechanisms it can happen).
